Default Re: My HU SNG experiment: Is it possible??

an experiment that is much easier to tackle and a lot less stressful is this. Only play in a HU SNG if it represents 5% or less of your bankroll and then move up accordingly. So start with 100 dollars and play 5$. when you get to 200 move up to 10 and so on and so on. The jump from 20 to 50 takes some time because it is more than double. but if you play well and dont hit any nasty 20 consecutive losses you should be fine. and obviously move down a level when your bankroll dictates.

But this approach gives you plenty of playing time, great experience, and a lot less stress.

I also prefer playing the 4 player HU matches on pokerstars. You have to win two in a row to win, but when you win, you win 3X profit of buyin. That is your personal preference.

best of luck

My record is 17 consecutive heads-up sit&go victories.

However it was at the $10.50's.
