You might want to reread that email. Everyone else got one that said $0.02 per point.

the second line of mine says: Step 25000 points, .20$ per point, that should read: Step 2, 5000 points, .20$ per point, right? Thats 1K$ for 5k points in a month..... does not seem bad at all??

[/ QUOTE ]

You missed a zero - that is $.020 per point not $.20

Summer Sizzler - $300 for 3,100 pts that you keep
VIP Promo - $375 for 15,000 pts that are deducted

Nice job Party.

[/ QUOTE ]
This is a pretty bad comparison. I will probably earn around 60k points in the 3 months this promo goes. That is $1500. Not great but decent even if you negate the $240 worth of points they are deducting ($0.004 per point). Plus, I don't have to worry about meeting some arbitrary goal that may or may not even be close to achievable for me.

The only reason I'm still at Party is that I play 25 & 50 NL which is not affected by the Monster promo. When I move up to 100NL, it'll have to be another site. There is no way I'm willing to pay the extra rake. I'm not contributing to the biggest cash tournament ever played against my will. Party is not putting up the money, the tournament entrants aren't putting up the money, the money is being skimmed from every player at a blue table. And then Party can brag how they're giving away $16 million. It's a scam.

I'm 9,000 points away from my LCD monitor and they change the rules on me - half of my points earned were bonus points. Now Party doesn't want me earning points, period.

First they dismantled their VIP program, now under the guise of prolonging the VIP program, they're dismantling their points/Party store program - obviously they don't want you purchasing anything from the store.

It's all Monster all the time on Party. The aware player has to move on.

Awesome!!!!

Wayne is one of my favorites there too.

Party typical response to someone wondering why they didn't get something that many other players received: Just pretend like everybody who claims they got it is lying.

Dear Party,
If you would stop lying to your customers every time they ask a question you could possibly START to win back their respect.

Step 1 1,000 Points $.015 per point
Step 2 5,000 Points $.020 per point
Step 3 15,000 Points $.025 per point

Plus, you don’t have to wait until the end of the promotion to cash out. At the end of the first 30 days, we will deposit any cash that you have earned into your account. This won’t affect your overall earnings.

[/ QUOTE ]

...I'm confused. If they cash me out with 10k points after 30 days, they'll give me $200. If I finish the promo w/ 20k points, they'll owe me an extra $50 on that original 10k, plus another $250 on my next 10k. Are they going to give me $300 on Oct 16 to pay me back for the original 30 day mistake? So confused...
