Re: KK line check
I would 4-bet preflop if he is 40vpip. BTW, are you calling an all in on the turn if a spade doesnt fall?

Re: KK line check
I'd jam it on the flop.
As played, the turn is a fold. |

Re: KK line check
push PF, push Flop - on turn you are either outdrawn or outplayed and I guess you have to fold.

Re: KK line check
I like it, your equity in the hand is going to drastically change when the turn comes. The only problem with just calling the flop is if he doesn't have spade you can be bluffed off the winning hand. Interesting spot but I think you played it well. Also if villian is known to squeeze I would punish him preflop by reraising.

Re: KK line check
On the flop: Push or fold
If the villian is a very tight, I wouldn't see him making that preflop reraise with AK or QQ. This is especially true if you are a tight player. Your probably up against bullets and should get out now. If you think he would 4x your preflop raise with AK, QQ, or JJ then a push might be the right decision. Turn: It should never have gotten to this point, but the fold is the correct play. |

Re: KK line check
I don't mind that line at all against a TAG. It may look bad in some ways, but I don't think it is.

I can see any tight/aggressive reraising with AK,QQ,JJ. |
