I've had pretty decent customer service at one of the skins. PR/Ongame does suck though. [/ QUOTE ] I reported this to both Bet-on-Bet (who do have excellent customer service I might add) and to Pokerroom itslef. Bet-on-Bet said they had reported it to the risk department. Pokerroom said thank you and that they need more players like me. No word since from either. I don't want to speculate about all the other acount sharing that is going on since although I know it exists, I have never seen any obvious collusion.
