IMHO, two possibilities:

1) Troll account
2) Guy who lost $500 at 1/2 or whatever, threw a k at the end of it, and added in a fake IQ brag and a cute story about going to the white house.

Obviously can't be true because I got 99% in every category on all my standardized tests every year but one (the one year was a 4th grade anti-calculator protest), and I'm sure tons 2+2ers/random not-too-stupid people have gotten all 99s without any trips to the white house 4 years later.
