But just to make sure that I haven't been wrong about this all along, you get a bonus for referring as well as one for being referred right? Because I only got the $30 signup and they're telling me that there is no bonus for being referred, which was how I took it all along.

You are correct, they are wrong. You are SUPPOSED to receive a bonus as the one referring and the one being referred. So, if you just signed up there, you should get $60 between your signup bonus and RAF bonus.

If they're going to do this, they need to change the refer-a-friend page on their site that still says "$30 for you AND $30 for your friend". If they want to end a promotion, its their right, but they should at least get everything straight on their own site.

I would keep trying, as CS is really bad there (maybe call and try to get a different person this time). Hopefully it will go through eventually. Good luck.

Yeah, I'm not that happy since I signed up at least a week and a half ago and emailed them a number of times. I actually kind of liked it there, but since I'll be moving on myself, I'll settle for what I got.

theycashed me out to neteller on monday
after I had zero in my account I even got a $30 RAF(I think you can't cashout less than $50 there)
