Villain is 45-24 he also threebets light (and has done so to me alot latley)

I'd bet/call. I think he checks though to much he'll call with. If he's raising for a fsd, you don't want him taking it. AQ is also possible.

chk/raise/call, look at those preflop stats, he's gonna bet the river no matter what, and he ain't bet folding anything
