Default FT phil ivey

Dagostino says in teh chat: Phil you wont be going to bellagio anymore at this rate.
phil is playing
9 handed 1K/2K O8 or better.
HU 1K/2K o8,
100/200 NLHE 6 handed
and 200/400 PLO 4 handed.

we'll get to see a lot of phil ivey hands and see how good he really is if he keep on 4 tabling. he has about 375K on the 4 tables.

I wonder how seriously he takes the FT games ... sometimes I get the impression, judging by some of the plays that he's made, that he's just screwing around sometimes ... since he plays much higher live it almost looks like he uses these games to blow off steam.

Yeah everyone's like LOL 70K TO THESE GUYS IS NOTHING.

I doubt they play *much* higher on a regular basis. How often are they getting 4k-8k games going and how much money does he expect to take off those games?

I'd say Ivey plays that high as often as he possibly can. It seems as if the big game goes pretty often and I am sure he is a decent winner in the game, even Greenstein has verified this.

I also think that he does f around or doesn't care sometimes when he is playing. I was watchin Phil play Dags in the 500/1000 and Phil told Dags to play 1k/2k so he didnt have to play in any "small no limit games", ie the 50 100 game. So I take it 10k to him is not all that much.

1k 2k online has to be like 2k 4k or close 2 it.. with the speed of it. so that is by no means small to him

wtf how is $4K-8K (sometimes $2K-4K) live MUCH HIGHER than $1K/$2K online. Plus 200/400 PLO plays HUGE.

Did you really just ask how it is much higher? 4x higher, or 9k per rotation, doesn't seem a big jump?

I was asking about the semantics of the words MUCH higher. Twice as big or 4-times as big doesn't seem that much considering you get 2.5-3 times the number of hands (assuming you play only 1 table).
