turn cap? do i have enough?

I'm pretty new to Omaha O8. I have no idea what I'm doing besides basic hand selection.

Do I have enough equity on the turn here to cap for value?

hero wonders why he bet the turn hoping to hit his flush (>1/4 of the time- and u dont know if ur good) or boat for only 1/2 the pot. He then realizes he shouldnt have bet and instead c/c the turn or possibly folded.

that is to say, check/call turn.
You are beat by a low hand. You have now low.
You want to see river cheap as possible. The
low is freerolling you.
