Could you post a pic of your bro, friends, enemies, anything? Also, more details about all of this would be great! The more info the better. Great initial post, really want to hear more.

We live in Springfield, IL. It's a very upscale neighborhood.

There isn't much more to say. We told the cops it was going to happen, but they told us they wouldn't do anything until it actually happened. We called them as soon as we saw their car and it took them about 10 minutes to get here. They are currently looking for them, I believe. A couple pissed off neighbors came out afterwards and started yelling too.

Believe it or not, this isn't the first time that tard of a little brother has caused our house to come under assault. Last time, he called a random black girl a whore, ONLINE. Then when she said she would send his brother and his gang over if she knew where we lived, he gladly sent over our address and a few hours later, a big rock went through our roof.

To be perhaps a little incendiary, as you note, your parents don't discipline him, so in a way they are bringing this on themselves, reaping what they sow and all. Hope they can deal with the chickens they are bringing home to roost. And that's enough metaphors for one paragraph.
