Default Tough spot with KK vs a nit

Villian is pretty uncreative and very tight with his preflop raises. 24/2/1.6 over ~400 hands. He's pretty passive postflop, and I don't think I've seen him reraise postflop without twopair+

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($170.30)
Button ($27.05)
Hero ($52.35)
BB ($24)
UTG ($85.69)
MP ($42.79)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG raises to $1, MP raises to $3.25, 2 folds, Hero (poster) calls $3.15, 1 fold, UTG calls $2.25.

Flop: ($10) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets $5.75, UTG folds, MP calls $5.75.

Turn: ($21.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $8.35, MP calls $8.35.

River: ($38.20) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks,

1) Preflop: Since villian is so tight, I have a pretty solid idea of his range (QQ+, AK and JJ probably), so I can probably play pretty correctly postflop without reraising, and I think most of the time UTG will fold.

2) Flop: This is a critical juncture in the hand. I can see soooo many different possible lines here.

So, what line do you advocate here vs a fairly passive postflop player? Check-call flop? Check-raise flop? Lead flop? What is your plan for the turn with these lines?

3) Turn: Given the line I took due to his passive postflop nature, so we bet the turn still? If I get raised, I know I'm beat. If I check, he could easily bet stronger than I would, so I bet a bit smaller for pot control.

4) River: Check call? Check fold? Lead?

I like a reraise to $8 preflop. Then lead on flop

Why do you like this vs a nit who has reraised preflop when I am OOP? I don't like 4-betting with KK very much at all in general, let alone a spot like this?

I prefer to reraise to about $10, even more so because both villains are so deep and you're OOP from here onwards.

As played,
Flop: I bet a bit more b/c of possible (even though unlikely) flush draw
Turn: Bet more or check and see.
River: Dunno. I hate myself for being in this situation.
