I'd bet like 1/2-2/3 pot on the flop. It makes people less afraid and more likely to raise with a lower set stay in with two pair.

I'd bet 30-60 on the turn.

Half pot the turn, after players see you doing this with the nuts it lets you half pot it to see where you are in situations when the scare card hits and you don't have it.
