Default TT against total maniac! What\'s a good line here?

I'm at this crazy table where the villain is raising every pot, and winning on miracle cards. I ended up losing 50 BB in 3 hours at this table - mainly due to some bad beats, but also because I lack the ability to deal with these maniacs sometimes.

What is the best general standard line to take towards these maniacs? I play tight, but loosen up a bit around them - but I believe that I tend to call down way too much when I don't hit on the flop, simply because I know they play crap and I don't want them to bluff me out of pots where I believe I'm ahead. I'm sure this is a big leak..

Here's a classic example where I'm up against this guy, and I simply don't know what to do..

Dealt to Hero [ 10s 10c ] in MP1
Villain raises, UTG+1 folds, Hero reraise, 7 folds, villain calls.
Isolation raise here, which I guess is standard.
** Dealing Flop ** [ Ks, Qh, 8c ]
Villain bets, hero raise, villain reraise, hero calls.
Here I reraise to gain information about villains hand, but I now believe this is a stupid move because this guy plays so irregularly that the move is wasted on him?
** Dealing Turn ** [ 4d ]
Villain bets, hero folds.
Should I call down since I called his flop raise?

He bets every street with crap, but I decide to fold UI on the turn due to the fact the he's shown a lot of aggression on a flop with 2 over cards to my PP. I guess the fold is okay, but I'd appreciate comments on the line I'm taking against this guy, and also comments on how to deal with these maniacs in general?

Folding pairs against maniacs is generally -EV. Once the flop comes down with two over cards you should probably just call/call/call and bet if he checks to you. The key to maniacs is trying to get into a lot of pots with JUST them (iso raising/reraising a lot) and generally showing down a lot of your hands.

If your hand isnt pretty good just call down, he will bet all the way

If you had KJo though in this case, or AQ , you would be right to get lots of bets in

I like the isolation play PF. Given your maniac read, I would simply call all three streets unless you miraculously draw a ten.

I know this seems like a super weak play, but the only action that slows down a maniac is a call.

You play hands with "showdown value" (pocket pairs, AK-A8, KQ-K9 etc.) and take most of them to showdown! Speculative hands are generally not profitable unless there's a family pot.

After you isolate the maniac with a PFR, most of the time you call down. If you have TPTK or better, jam the flop, and at least call the turn & river. Folding marginal hands postflop is the most common mistake vs. these guys.

let him bet your hand. put him on a 100% range and see how you like your equity - then call every street if it's over 50%

Well, there's other players in the game who are also thinking about how to exploit the genius madman.

You're going to need a lot less than 50% to call on every street. And if it's over 50%, don't you like raising a lot of the time? I understand you're compensating because his range probably isn't 100%, but 50% is a very bad number if you're advocating folding everything else.
