Default NL 50 - TPTK vs. flop all-in raise

Villain here is a little loose. Something like 43/14.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|saw showdown

MP ($34.13)
CO ($52.29)
Button ($77.04)
SB ($33.80)
Hero ($47.25)
UTG ($19.60)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
2 folds, CO raises to $1, Button calls $1, SB (poster) calls $0.75, Hero raises to $7.5, CO calls $7, Button folds, SB folds.

Flop: ($18) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $9, CO calls $44.29 (All-In), Hero ...

I make a big preflop 3-bet here since I'm OOP and would rather not have too many callers. On the flop I bet and he pushes. I don't like that at all. I don't like folding though since he could be doing this with AK. But I don't like calling either because it seems like in this situation I will never do better than chop... is this a fold?

Because of your weak flop bet I'd have to call here.

How much should I bet? If I bet, say, $15 on the flop, and he went all-in, do you still call?

Yes you call. What flop were you hoping for with AK vs a loose player?

Yea, I think you should be betting more on the flop here as others have said somewhere around 14-15 would be your best option and if he still pushes then, then yes I call.

As this hand played out, I think I fold.

To the people advocating a call: What range do you put the villain on?

the only hand I might see you winning against is KQ, you even lose to KJ here.
