Re: Hellmuth down to final 3 for bracelet #11
He evidently has had a great series, with a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Even though he didnt win, it was a good year. Especially if he gets Player of the Year, it may quite down the people who say he isnt any good.

Re: Hellmuth down to final 3 for bracelet #11
It's probably a good thing he finished third. I don't think he'd be able to get his head through the Rio exit if he had won.

Re: Hellmuth down to final 3 for bracelet #11
Is there a bracelet for this event? I think it was said last year that these post-ME-start events were non-bracelet. I guess it's unlikely PH would play if that were the case, though.

Re: Hellmuth down to final 3 for bracelet #11
Events 40-45 were bracelet events.
Henriksson has been playing smallball to take the lead. |

Do you know if that's a change from last year, or am I just imagining things?

Re: Hellmuth down to final 3 for bracelet #11
Maureen Feduniak seems like a classy lady from what I've seen of her on the WPT Party Million Final Table and the first WPT Ladies Night. Her husband Bob posts here occasionally and exudes and equal amount of class. I'd really like to see her take this down.

Re: Hellmuth down to final 3 for bracelet #11
Latest update:
[ QUOTE ] The blinds have increased to $8,000/$16,000 with a $2,000 ante. Henriksson is slowly increasing his lead, and Feduniak needs to start making some moves if she wants to turn things back around. But not many moves are made. One spectator actually said that what's being played is more of a Limit game than a No-Limit one. [/ QUOTE ] |
