Poker Patterns and Poker Grapher

I installed both programs but I cannot use either one. The weird problem is that both programs detect my databases. However, they can see to prcess the data; thus, there's no "users."

What is going on?

I can help you with PokerGrapher. Could you post the version of PokerGrapher you are using and your PT database types (Access of Postgres) on the PokerGrapher support forum on overcards.com?
