I just got the email and it seems to be a very generous resolution ($15 fee returned, full equity at 753, $100 bonus, those at 252 keep what they got). It wasn't handled very well initially, but I think Party has now done all that they could be expected to do.

Thanks for the input Mike. It was a very frustrating tournament and I'm glad you're trying your best to make things right.
FWIW I was involved once in a decision made by Mike and Party in one of the $200 weekend tournaments. I was moved up one place from 5th to 4th I think, worth like 3k because they disqualified a guy who got 2nd place but who had been basically cheating all the way to the final table using the disconnect protection. I was impressed by how well they handled the complains then, and was very glad to see they took $30k from the cheater. In general I think Party has handled better cheating issues than Stars.

Now, if only we have more people like Mike in Party's customer service.

Thanks Mike. I've got the extra money already and I have to say, the resolution came a lot quicker. I saw somebody say 4 or 5 days, it's only been like 2 and a half and I think that's pretty quick to do something like this.

Anyway, money stays on Party, not that it wasn't going to anyway.
