Re: (16$) I say push, benigec does not agree
Yes I am thinking antes might be the problem, they make roughly +0.7% difference in this hand. Setting them on the same ranges without antes the push is -0.2%

Re: (16$) I say push, benigec does not agree
I think that range is unreasonably tight. I would put them on:
BB - 44+ A7s+, A9o+, KJs+, KQo+ SB - 33+, A6s+, A8o+, KJ+ BTN - 22+, A2+, KT+, QJ+ |

With the antes I'd prolly push. There's $450 already in the pot.

Re: (16$) I say push, benigec does not agree
BB will be way looser than this since he has a fairly big stack and probably realizes that you have a reasonable wide range here. He should probably have the numbers that you have given to BTN. SB will likely be a touch looser as well I'd suspect.
Think you need to fold this unless the blinds are about to go up, then it would be closer. rvg |

Damn I need to rework my presets. If I set them to BB-66+,ATs+,AJo+ SB-44+,A7s+,A9o+,KJs+ [/ QUOTE ] Why would the BB be that much tighter than the SB? Did you have a good read or something? |

BB-66+,ATs+,AJo+ SB-44+,A7s+,A9o+,KJs+ BTN-22+,A2s+,A3o+,KTs+,KJo+,QJs [/ QUOTE ] I think that's sort of backwards: the short stack on the button will be reluctant to get involved, the biger stacks, especially in the BB with no one to act behind, will be more willing to call. |

Re: (16$) I say push, benigec does not agree
Do you remember if the BB was going to be 400 by the time it got to you next? If it was I might lean towards pushing only because you're about to get hammered by the blinds.
If the blinds had just gone up, I might wait for a better spot. |

Re: (16$) I say push, benigec does not agree
Would you rather push here to have either 1700 if all fold, or at least 2700 if someone calls and you win...or would you rather be on the button next orbit with 830 chips and no FE after the blinds hit you. I mean, one orbit from now, you'll HAVE to push here. Why not do it now when you have chips?

Re: (16$) I say push, benigec does not agree
These are still virtually micros. Keep all your pre-sets on loosest unless you know someone as a regular, multi-tabler, etc...
I would fold this. On the other hand, if I knew the blinds would go up to 400 before passing through me, I might think twice about it. |

Re: (16$) I say push, benigec does not agree
BB's range isnt that tight, you have to remember its a 15+1, so he problay is calling almost all PP's most Ax, andif its a Ax suited he is likely to call.
