Default AA hand from a year ago

Looking through some of my SNG hands from long ago, here's an interesting one - its sickening, but I'm posting for strategy:

Blinds 200/400, final hand of the level - next 300/600.

CO (t2637)
Button - Hero (t2756)
SB (t196)
BB (t411)

This is a $650 6max SNG with 75-25 payout on Cryptologic.

CO shoves. What's Hero's calling range??

Results in white:

<font color="white"> Hero calls with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], BB calls, CO shows A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Turn: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

River: 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Bad beat for ~$2500 in equity.

Calling Range = AA, probably KK, nothing else even though I would really want to call with QQ, although perhaps calling with QQ isn't that bad cause then I can own the sng from there on out. Oh wait, sorry just realized the 6 max and payout structure thing. I'm thhinkinh the calling range is a bit looser now althouhg I am not really used to this. I guess call with QQ+, maybe JJ although I still don't think calling with JJ is good.

I have no clue how to do the ICM for this since if you win this, you basically win outright barring some major comeback from a tripled up BB.

I don't think this is a time where folding hands like 99/AK is correct.

Go with that assumption. If you win the hand you get 75% of the price pool. If you lose you get zero. If you fold you get 25%. I am guessing you need to be a ~3:1 favorite which is something along the lines of QQ+

Under those assumptions, you could call as a 2:1 dog (risking 25% to win 50% more.) But those assumptions aren't right, because your current equity if you fold is about 50%. So you're risking 50% to win 25% more, so you need to be a 2:1 favorite. So, something like JJ+, AK?
