Request - online photoshop tutorials

I would really like to learn photoshop, but I haven't been able to find any good online tutorials that suit me. I am a pure beginner and I am usually a visual learner as opposed to reading a tutorial. Any links to good online tutorials or valuable resources that helped you learn photoshop?

Also, 3d studio max is another program I'm interested in learning as well. Post any tutorial links for this program as well if you know of any.

Anybody know how to crop a whole color out of a picture? I'm told it can be done, but I have no idea. I know how to use the wand tool, btw.
