Default Player notes on sites without that feature

Guys,
some of the sites I'm playing doesn't have the player notes feature and that sucks. How do you keep notes on such sites? Pen and paper? Notepad? I'd love to have some kind stand-alone program that somehow could connect a textfile to the playernames, but I suppose such a program doesn't exist. Or does it?

Any tips for taking/managing player notes for non player notes sites would be appreciated.

You need to repost this in Poker Theory since this isn't a technical related computer question.

Maybe I worded the OP poorly, but I'm looking for a piece of software. Poker theory..?

Edit: Opps, didn't notice there's a software forum now. Sorry about that, please carry on.

PokerTheory is silly. You're right that it belongs in Software.
