Default right play?

i just returned to stars donkaments today, and am curious if this is a proper way to play this hand in a $5. i had lost 1/2 my stack getting rivered by ace-rag.

i know, and i'll even fold AQo from ep. however, i had watched original raiser limp big hands, and raise connectors. i wanted to isolate on him, and didn't expect villain to limp/reraise from that position.

Well, with that read, then it's a much more reasonable isolation attempt, and not too bad at all. You didn't give that read before. It just looked like you went crazy to me. I personally am not a big fan of limping decent aces UTG, I guess some people do to try and keep things cheap, but I'd rather raise it up or muck it. Unless the table is letting a lot of flops go unraised.

In the future, when you post, provide all the relevant details!
