it should be somewhere when you deposit i think...i cant exaclty remember but it will be in the bottom half and there is a blank space for it...

It definitely doesn't look like the image they send you in the email.

thats true, but there is a place to enter.

my 30 bucks were added within 16 hours. but i dont know which one...(prima or gbp?)

i will wait another day and mail them again.

i just went through the whole signup/deposit process and didn't see where to enter it either. Sent an email to support.

Let us know if mailing support helps. It says under the help section that the RAF bonus is only valid if you've never been signed up to any Prima site before, but are all people in this thread who got the bonus really first time users to Prima?

This is standard Prima T&C's lots of us have done plenty but it is possible for Grandbay to use this clause, they just haven't yet. I, like others have done a dozen prima signups. gl

I have many prima sites and I got the RAF bonus.

You have to enter the referrers nick after you login the first time. When you login you first confirm your prima alias and after you have done that, you can fill in the name of the referrer.

I just called them and they said the raf for poker is no longer valid, perhaps they got bombarded and cut it off...
