i have done many transfers in the past, but the rate of scamming with fraudulent transfers that get taken back is way too easy these days, so i rarely do them any more.

also...stars is faster than light at withdrawals in my experience you will likely get the money in neteller faster than a transfer.

possible i have a negative balance at stars, since i have paid thousands of dollars of affiliate transfers there, but i have done well in several major stars tourneys, so your logic is great but incomplete.

The last time I transferred funds FROM Party TO Stars, it took about 2 hours. Don't know why it would take longer the other way.
