Wouldn't you notice them giving you one dollar bills if you were supposed to get $350? If you are going back anyways just give them the money, if you don't endup going back mail it to them and keep an extra buck for the postage.

I agree with the sentiment here. Although I think it was wrong for them to try to contact you for the money, I also think it would be wrong for you to keep it. If they hadn't contacted me, I would have returned it without question. Since they did contact you, I would have had the same reservations as you. However, from an outside standpoint, clearly the right thing to do would be to send them a check. However, if it was me, I would write them a nice note telling them why I am keeping the money I paid for the envelope, the check blank, the postage, and the tip. Plus, the encounter would seriously sway my decision to play there in the future. Luckily, though, I have two Indian casinos to choose from.
