yet another credit question

I have a mark on my credit report by "CBCS"

I searched on google and I found their website but there is no contact number that I could call to get my debt taken care of. Anyone know how I could find it ?

1-800-498-2223 based upon http://www.mcgath.com/cbcs.html. But that also sounds like it's a little difficult to navigate the phone menu. It seems like they mainly represent Bell South, so you may try to contact them directly if you have debt with them.

I thought they had to put all the numbers on the back of the credit reporta, no?
