Concerned about my somewhat outrageous stats.
I've never made a stat post in the past, but this just seems to freakin weird. Every time I move up a buyin level from 22 speeds to 33 speeds, it seems like I hit a really horrible streak. It just happened to me again - I got my roll back up to a proper size, moved up, and proceeded to place OOTM in 18 of 20 of the first tourneys I played. If I had poker tracker on this computer I'd send screenshots, but instead I'll just have to describe my stats.
Speed 33's: 570 played .5% ROI Speed 22's: approx 1200 played 16% ROI This seems totally outrageous and I can't figure out why it's happening. Could variance really account for this? It seems somehow unlikely to me, and yet I play the same at both levels.
