To those of you who think the OP is yanking your chain, he isn't.
Bigj0e03 just called party support a few minutes ago and also was told that it would be fixed friday. Just the fact that they acknowledged it was an amazing step in the right right direction.

rofl, just called them back....I never got my $44 that I was refunded, I don't care about the money, its the principle that I was lied to. Now they are saying that I need to know the exact tourney ID # or I will not be refunded anything, I spoke to a supervisor, and he fixed it right away. They said it will be fixed by tomorrow at 10am, lol.

Glad you got your refund, but it's probably not worth trying to stay on top of the technical issue. It'll be fixed when it's fixed (if ever) and nobody in Support will know when, until it happens. Today I talked to them, including one tech guy, they told me that they could not refund my tournamens for now because they have to figure out if this is a bug in the client software, or just some setting problem in my computer. they asked me to increase the virtual memory and to test it out. wondering if they are going to pay me as their QA...... WTF

I spoke to them again today. The person went to speak to tech while I was on hold, and he came back and told me that the problem with them was still persisting and that I should not play them. He said to check back in another 24 hours.
It's funny to me that they continue to run the tournaments anyway, that they are continually fighting against refunding any money (including people who are having trouble for the first time), and they put up no warning anywhere on their site that they are having technical difficulties with these tournaments. It's just the height of unethical business practices.
