Its not legal, sadly.
They're trying the same defense as the various t*rrent sites and we all know how that worked out for them. They're trying the "we just link to people who are doing illegal things, that's not illegal" defense. It won't work. Sadly the powers that be via DMCA can crush this. Parker and Stone haven't come down that hard on the people that do this, though. So it might be up for a while...
