I like this post because it reminded me of when I worked at a summer daycamp with kids ages 5-12. I was only 13-16 at the time. and when I was 15, some of those 12 year old girls where pretty hot.

In answer to your question, you have complete power over just about any camper based on your title as counselor. By complete power I probably mean something more like the power to initimidate (and thus force to cry) by threatening to to tell the head counselor, or their parents on somethig they did wrong, made-up or othwerwise.

ps. when there is a long line at a drinking fountain, do you get to count how long a kid can drink before kicking him off. I used to love that part.
