Default Re: Values by Tony Blair (Politics) [Long]

Blair being luit in all this is more down to his desire to have a historical legacy than anything to do with values or even what is best for the British people.

He turned his back on the values of the majority of people in his Party, his area of birth , his constituancy and his roots a long time ago. Unlike NickyG I was happy when he was made leader and labour got in, a Prime Minister from 25 miles away form where I live I thought would make a huge difference to the North East and bring balance to the North/South divide present throughout the conservative years the reality has been much different.
