Heads up hands with the highest EV?

A little puzzle: Find the hands in holdem with the largest difference in expected value when they play against each other heads up.

For example if one player hold Js Jh and the other one has Tc 3d the jacks have an EV of 0.873381, but there are hands where the gap is larger. Which is the largest one?

Any pair PP vs Px where x is a lower card is the worst matchup in holdem. The absolute worst is:

AA vs A9o

where the suit of the 9 is the same suit as one of the AA.

94.1% to 5.9%

Tying for worst is KK vs K8o, again where the 8 is the same suit as one of the KK.

These particular ones are the very worst because the A9 cannot make a two card straight and the high side of a one card straight (i.e. 9TJQK) is blocked by the A (same for the KK vs K8). It also cannot be tied by two higher pair on the board, as QQ vs Q7 can be.
