I lead out for 350 or so, and if I get raised I'm pushing. If I get callers, I lead out big on any non-club turn, shut down on a club turn.

Definitely lead out. Nut flush draw, straight, straight fd, or maybe even some donk w/ AJ may raise and you can push.
I would bet about the size of the pot
