Re: Free Hand History Replayer
I think it all depends on the availability of a recent Java virtual machine version on pocket pc. I'll check that.

Re: Free Hand History Replayer
woow. much more complicated than your other requests .
May the nicest way to do this would be to get the software able to read various info sources. This could be an exel sheet, but more probably a file where your poker room store the info you have noted while playing. I haven't tried to find such a file in my PP or PS instalation folders... I'll take a look. |

Re: Free Hand History Replayer
Pop, they exist but you would at least need to do something about the resolution and landscape rotation. The screen is only 240x320.
If you put in a slider, please make it easy to access individual streets - so clicking on the left/right side will take you to the previous/next street. |

I don't mind retyping the notes in for each session file I create at all. What I need is much simpler: you already enumerate all the players in the session file, right? If you just add a notes field in the XML file for each player, that would be great. Of course they'd need to be displayed somewhere, maybe next to the player? Even a single field beneath the player selection dropdown box would be fine. Heck, even a single notes field for the whole session file would do in a pinch, I could just type away there. |

Re: Free Hand History Replayer
yep. the screen size might be a real pb. I need to think how to make the stiff fully resizable.
And yep. the streets idea looks good to me. |

Re: Free Hand History Replayer
ok ok. request recorded.
May be a tool-tip thing would do the job ? (tool-tip : text that pops up when you hold your mouse close to the thing you want info about ) |

Re: Free Hand History Replayer
Sporet, you need to export. Double click on the session then go to game notes and export.
Pop, instead of a tooltip maybe a click on/click off pop up? |

Pop, You don't need to worry about PT to get the stats displayed - all you would need to do is to "trick" pahud into believing your app's window is a poker. Someone tried in the past, however, and it didn't work. But regardless, looks like a nice and useful program. Downloading now. Thanks! [/ QUOTE ] Yes....this would be all this is necessary...but its critical to the process of reviewing hand histories. Not knowing your reads at the table while reading hand histories make the process a lot less productive. OP, can you try to figure out out to accomplish this? |

Re: Free Hand History Replayer
Hm that should read "is a poker site" of course.
He may not be able to make much progress, because IIRC Pokerace/Josh was involved in the discussion before and even he wasn't able to answer why the approach wasn't working. |
