Default $16 bubble - is this FPS spew?

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

CO (t2150)
Button (t4905)
SB (t2620)
Hero (t3825)

Preflop: Hero is in BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
<font color="gray">CO folds</font>, <font color="gray">Button folds</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to t400</font>, Hero calls t200

Flop: (t900) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
<font color="red">SB bets t200</font>, Hero calls t200

Turn: (t1300) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
<font color="red">SB bets t200</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to t600</font>, SB calls t400

River: (t2500) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets t1000</font>, SB calls t1000

On the river I was trying to represent the Kh obviously.. it seems that my opponent can't read beyond his own hand, as he called without a heart. My question is whether I should even have stuck around in this hand.. and having done that, attempt to steal the pot on the river. (my river bet would leave him with 400 chips left and myself with 1600) Needless to say he called and I bubbled shortly thereafter .

Any thoughts/comments?

ddg: They don't fold. Ever. You can try one barrel (raise the flop in this case), but any more is spew.

(This may sound horribly newbish) But can you really fold JTo to a minraise from the SB? Most players in the 22's and lower seem to minraise with any two cards in a lame attempt to steal the blinds. You'll have position on him, and if you don't hit the flop (like in this situation) you can get away from it, right?

Why do people do anything even close to fancy in a $16 tournament. Half of your opponents have never played a SNG before. Floating like this is totally unnecessary. Play like a robot and move up. If you play like this, you are playing poker for fun, not for money. It's a trade off, you can either play like this and get a rush or fold and make money. Up to you.
