I feel your pain, but I owe you a thanks for reminding me that it was Wednesday last night...looked at my HH's and indeed had aces cracked.

This morning I received an email that said they found the hand and credited it.

I was more bothered that the hand histories were arriving incorrectly than anything. If you have a promotion like this I don't really want to jump through hoops.

Honestly up until that last one I have had zero problems with it.
