Its impossible to get rb at stars. Not just party not allowed impossible. More like pokerstars doesn't give their affiliates money to pay you impossible.

*note* I suppose it would be possible if you found an affiliate who was a complete idiot....

lol funny this thread just came up, I was just reading this idiot nick777 on the casino affiliates board, who is apparently the only affiliate in the whole wide world that gets 20% MGR at Stars.

I'm sorry what?!? How are affiliates compensated?

Affiliates get a set amount of money per sign-up, $50-200 or so. Hence rakeback is impossible because affiliates are not paid based on your MGR...
