Actually, Event 45 ends the day after the Main Event (and Event 44 on the same day).

event 45 starts on wednesday the 9th and ends on thursday the 10th, the same day the ME ends. it's inevitable that the ME final table will last longer than this one. unless it ends up like 2005 with one person knocking out like all but 1 player in a 5-6 hour time span or whatever it was.

T - 1000 = you better hope to win your first actual battle.

T - 1500 = not too far off, but a huge improvement.
