More mantles can come out because people can find them and put them out there, and pitchers are tough. Do you remember Rick Ankiel? He was supposed to be the next biggest thing. HUGE flop

i still have old cards from when i was a kid
pete rose autographed mantle maris 1 or 2 tobacco cards (don't know player) some senators dude a few others i may have to get those out and see what they are worth |

Its highly doubtful many more Mantles come out at all espeicallu enough to influence the market. I used to collect coins and remeber resding that an old sunken pirate ship was found and had tens out thousands of a rare Morgan silver dollar ( I forget the year lets call it 1895 for the sake of discussion) and literlerly made the price of that coin drop by about 95% overnight. However I just dont see this as possible with baseball cards. The money on the ship was there as money and not as a collectable and later that year most of the 1895 dollars were melted which is why there were so few before the ship discivery and made them so valuebale. However I just dont see this as possible with baseball cards.
