Disappointed in WPEX

So tonight was the Aces Never Lose Weds. I get pocket aces and lose to BB who hits two pair. I immediately hit last hand to get the hand number. Well that hand number does not show aces. I also request the last 100 hands, and they do not arrvive for over an hour. When they do they are from hands 10 minutes after I did the request, missing that aces hand.

Meanwhile I am talking to someone on support who I ask to check between a certain time period. She claims she does but cannot find the hand.

I then try to change the chat window to Dealer:Everything because I can see the summary of where I lost. Well this clears the chat.

I am really disappointed. I figure if they are going to have a promotion and least send the hand histories accurately.

sorry to here this. Just know that when they start saving hand histories to the hard drive (prolly less than 2 weeks away), that this wont be an issue anymore. Thats what their support staff is working on so furiously.

I lost 3 times with aces today.
What I do is to get last hand from top right corner as soon as next hand starts, then the handnumber will be right, I cut and paste it into a text file.

Have had no problems.

I have however asked for the handhistory quite a few times, and never ever got it.

Sorry man but your doing it wrong, just write down the number from the upper left hand corner this all is your email.

I do the same thing. I write down the hand number as soon as I'm dealt aces on Wednesday.

When I played there this would happen (getting the wrong HHs) most times I used the email request, until I got fed up.

Is this not the best promotion ever? It is a great feeling to get those bullets and know it's a winner
