Best Tournaments for Bankroll Building

As already mentioned, the partypoker 50-man SNGs are pretty nice for this. Much less variance than star's 180s.

Yeah. i would like to read it too... btw AceLuby, how much time did you invest in order to go from 400$ to 1000$ in one month, and how many tables at a time? I am planing to do the same thing, and would love some info on the subject.

Above is the link. To address the time issue. I played on average 2 tournaments a night (2 tabling) after work for roughly 4 weeks w/ a ROI of ~300% and ITM of ~50%. Granted, this isn't at all sustainable, but it definitely is very possible for a short period of time. In that month I had a 2nd, 3 3rds, a 5th & 7th, 2 8ths and 4 9ths, with about 10 10-18, in roughly 40-50 tourneys.

If I lost in both of those tourneys in one night I would either start another if I had time, or played the $1/45 tourneys. The reasons for playing these ultra micro limit tourneys is:

a) doesn't hit my bankroll
b) similar play to the $4/180

NO i wouldn't play the $12/45 turbos.. The tourneys are $4/180s and the 40k on Party. Also there is a $20 buyin on Jetset thats weak
