VodkaIan Bad Beat JackPot $28,914.47
Just another normal day at work today except Ian James who I work with won the bad beat jackpot on Party for $28,914.47.
It was so funny, he even raised when he had the royal flush and I was screaming at him to check it down, LOL. This guy is the luckiest guy I know. You can see a screenshot here: http://edrinker.com/2006/08/02/vodkaian/ I think the actual guy who had the bad beat which was a long end straight won about $56k and everyone else got $7k just for sitting at the table. |

I am getting more and more irritated. I was playing at a table with at least one of the guys earlier this morning.

I mean wtf was he playing 2/4 limit in the first place. Arrgggggggggg At least he is buying me dinner tonight. |

Re: VodkaIan Bad Beat JackPot $28,914.47
To qualify for the Progressive Bad Beat Jackpot
Bad beats will be paid out on real money Hold'em games (Limits $2/$4, $3/$6, $5/$10, $10/$20 and $15/$30), only available under the Bad Beat Jackpot Tab Four or more players must be dealt into the hand Players sitting out do not qualify for the jackpot The losing hand must contain four of a kind, eights or better to qualify The best hand for both the winner and the loser must include both of their hole cards and the hand must go to a showdown The hand must be raked and the jackpot contribution collected from the hand in order to qualify for a bad beat jackpot If there are two or more hands that qualify for the jackpot within one hand, then the two highest hands will be considered for the jackpot, with the highest hand being the winning hand (the winner) and the second highest hand winning the bad beat (the loser of the hand) In the event that two qualifying jackpot hands are hit at exactly the same time, the hand that started first (based on our system clock) will be awarded the jackpot Players must play their hands independently and cannot tell opponents how to act or reveal their hand to other players. Violations will disqualify the hand from the jackpot |

Has anyone heard of a larger bonus than this for a bad beat?
