Default Another reason Stars> Party

Lee Jones came to one of my tables today and chatted with us for over an hour. He asked us for our input on the software, discussed new features, and what PS's plans were. He even asked us questions, and if you were the first to answer you won FPPs. He seemed like a very personable guy and I got the impression that he cared about our concerns and suggestions. This is just another reason why I choose to play at Stars over Party.

Did you suggest to him ... oh .... better bonuses at lower clearance rates, more fish, some sort of referal or rake back program, and not getting rivered by 1 and 2 outers all the time?

Was this at a 100NL table. He was at my table and he gave me 100FPP for my picture image.

I've only been at stars for 1 week and it ROCKS.

Yeah it was. Whats your Stars name? Was your picture the Sammy Farha? I got 100 points for "guessing" who it was.

We talked for a while about lowering the raked hand requirements for smaller stakes NL. I primarily play 100 NL, and its hard to accumulate points, because you need a $20 pot in order for it to count towards a FPP. I suggested that he lower it for smaller stakes in NL like they did with limit. He said that there was actually a debate going on within PS about if/how to go about this, which at least gave me a little hope they'd change it. He also seemed excited about the new player visual mode, or whatever. It sounds like its where you can choose where you want your seat to be on the table, like at Full Tilt.

We also discussed Party. In particular he thought that the Monster Promo sucked because of the even higher rake. He also said that Party will have $200/$400 games by the end of the week like they did with 25/50 NL (which is no surprise). He also told us he thought that over 50% of the ME entrants were online qualifiers, but that Harrahs is really strict on keeping that on the DL because they don't want the public to know.

Other than that, he said HORSE and HOSE games would be implemented before the WCOOP. He was asked about bonuses and he said he can't say if/when the next one is going to be, which is fair. I suggested that at the very least, they should do another 2x FPP for the WCOOP and he said that the last one was very popular and not to be surprised if we see it again.
