Default 99 on 345r flop facing lead push

In a $3 MTT.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP2 (t6385)
MP3 (t2930)
Hero (t2580)
Button (t4235)
SB (t3535)
BB (t4015)
UTG (t4530)
UTG+1 (t4425)
MP1 (t2210)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls t150, 2 folds, MP3 calls t150, Hero calls t150, 2 folds, BB checks.

Flop: (t675) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 bets t4275 (All-In), MP3 folds

Preflop: I decided to limp behind here because basically no matter what I raise, I'm committed on the flop, and a push only gets 88+,AK, and maybe AQ to call. I am relatively certain that if I flop a set I can stack at least one player, and if I miss, I may still be able to pick up the pot. Anyone disagree with the limp? Should I have raised? pushed?

Postflop: UTG+1 Pushes 4k into a 675 pot, standard fold? Anyone call? Please give reasons as to which action you take. Thanks

Default Re: 99 on 345r flop facing lead push

I would've pushed preflop. There's already a good amount of money in the pot, so I'd be happy scooping it up. Also, this is a $3 tourney, so you'll get called with much worse.

I call the flop. I see too much stupid play in these tourneys to give him credit for whatever he's representing.
