Chocolate malt made/w vanilla ice cream. It is important to specify this as making it with chocolate ice cream is overkill. Butterscotch malts are a real treat, too.
Malt afficiandos, Ever notice how ice cream parlor malt powder is better than Ovaltine and Carnation? I try to make them at home and they are never the same.
