How about play when you feel like it, and quit when you don't feel like playing anymore?
If you really wanted to put a stop/loss figure on it, quit when you have 10% of your bankroll on the table (assuming that you are single tabling - you don't so you may want to adjust that). Quitting while posting huge losses (of two or more buy-ins) is not the real reason to stop. Stop because if you lost that much, you are probably not playing your best and you are making more costly mistakes than your opponents. Your oppenents have most likely figured you out, or playing back at you because you have lost, or your edge has been depleted, therefore quitting then would be a good idea also (or finding another table to play). However, if setting parameters helps you manage your money better, then play on Macduff! [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] |

It takes four buyins for me and I usually quit for like five days. When I'm running well I play a ton.

I quit when I feel tired, angry or non-concentrated. Basically, whenever my mood is not positive.
