Why I hate WSOP time and poker players

Every year when WSOP comes to town the best and the worst show up to mix it up at the many sidegames at work. Tonight is just a typical night. Whiney players cussing about not getting cards. Blaming the dealer when the Q9s for 3 bets flops a gutshot that doesnt appear, ad infinitum.

Then this angle shooter:

$50-$100 stud

Low card "player A" brings it in for $15 as I anounce "5 spades your low", "player B" is next to act with a 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and calls, "Player C" makes it $50(her card doesnt matter), Player A calls the $50, and player B Now says "I thought I had the bring in! I want to take my money back." Naturally I tell him he cant as I had clearly announced "5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]'s is low" and he acted afterwards. He complains commenting it isnt any of my business and if ti's ok with the players what do I care. Naturally I say sir 2 people have acted AFTER you, I cant put them in that position to decide etc etc....at such point Players A & B say "go ahead give him his $15 back". the 2 other players at the table dont care so ok.

NOW he says (after bringing in his $15 back)"let me look at my hand I may call"

"lol...No your not calling sir your hand is dead and it aint seeing 4th street".

He mouths off and I tell him "how in the hell do you expect me to allow you to call knowing what the action behind you is already!!!??? I also tell him I can call the floor but every floor man in the building will rule your hand dead and most likely make you put that $15 BACK into the pot!!!

Folks thats angle shootin.

Of course the other two players told him I was right and he was way outta line. He didnt want to hear it from me but accpted it from them.

This is just another typical pain in the ass day during the WSOP. God I cant wait till these people go home when I can work less and make 20% more money with fewer instances like above.

sorry you have to deal with these fools, but i can't wait to be in vegas shortly and take their money

if you don't like dealing, don't. i don't get why so many dealers complain about the players. they are your customers, if you don't like your customers, change jobs.

sorry if this is an unpopular opinion in this forum due to the number of dealers here.

Bigfishhead loves his customers. He doesn't care for the once a year crowd that has seen the game on TV and wants to change how things are done to accomadate them.

I guess you love everything about your job and never ever complain about anything? I guess you expect everybody should love everything about their job and never ever complain about anything?

And no I am not a dealer. I love my job and still manage to have complaints about it from time to time.

I'd love to know how these cretins build enough of a roll to play games that high.

To me, that's the greatest mystery of poker.

Boo-fukin-hoo to Bigfishhead. Nearly every god-damn person here (that isn't playing poker professionally) has a day job that they fukin hate.. some days better than worse than others. Not everyone goes around whining about what happened at work today or yesterday, if they do they are a douchebag in my book.

Just another bitch-dealer whining about life.
