Growing up, my family would put peanut butter and maple syrup on our waffles and pancakes. If a friend was staying the night and in the morning we had waffles or pancakes, they would always stare at me putting the peanut butter on, thinking it wasn't right. I'd get them to try it. Never had a friend who didn't like it.

I think you can put anything on a hot dog to make it taste better. I personally use mayo. I also put mayo on toast for breakfast.
