wpx rake clarification
If I'm not mistaken, the rakeback I get is not my contributed rake, but the entire table's rake divided by the number of players at the table.
So if I play tighter than my opponents and win less pots, I benefit from the looser players who "pay" more rake because we all get an equal share? Is this correct? |

Re: wpx rake clarification
Not quite true as looser games creates more rake.

If I understand it correctly, it's the amount of rake that goes in on each street divided by the players contributing on that street. So if you play a lot tighter than your opponents, you will get a lot less rake back. I'm not sure whether this is comparable to contributed rake, or if it benefits loose players at the expense of tight players. |

Re: wpx rake clarification
brainwalter - this is what WPEX claimed it was. but it has been determined that this is not what they are doing.
It really is total rake / # of players at table. (unless they have recently changed it) and this really does benefit the tighter player as suggested in the OP |

Re: wpx rake clarification
If you contribute with $10 to the pott that becomes $100 and the rake is $3, then you get $0.3...

Re: wpx rake clarification
Tighter players are not maximizing their +EV (if any).
Loosen up your game and get more rake to boot! Is it so hard for you Nits to understand? lol ToT |
