General aggression question

Say your getting a lot of good starting hands and you've raised preflop the last 3 or 4 hands. You're beginning to get a LAGish table image.

You have a borderline raising hand. Should you be more or less likely to raise?

Does your decision change if you've lost or won most of the previous hands?

As I come across tougher games, changing gears is becoming one of the parts of my game that earns me the most dollars.
